Participate in this 4 days virtual workshop and learn how to create the best result in your negotiations. The workshop will give you techniqes and tools to structure and perform in the negotiation room.
During the program, we will focus on:

- How to position yourself in a negotiation
- How to explore Value for both parties in a negotiation
- Getting focus away from price and discount and understanding the powerful element of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- Identifying and analyzing your Blue Ocean opportunities

This program is aimed at individuals who, as a significant part of their professional activities, are either responsible or co-responsible for day-to-day and contract negotiations with internal customers, clients, internal suppliers, and providers of services, time, resources, etc.
