About the Department
The Solution Center is CERTEX Danmark's engineering department. We specialize in the development and production of tools, lifting equipment, and cranes. Our dynamic team of 20 employees includes project managers, technical leads, engineers and technical assistants. Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in planning and executing projects within defined time frames and budgets. Your main responsibility will be to lead your engineering team in the development of new and complex tools and ensuring that each project meets our customer's requirements. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, even under tight deadlines, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in progress simultaneously. Effective communication with various stakeholders is a crucial part of your role. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional and personal growth, as well as career advancement.
Qualifications Requirements
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong technical background
• Ability to lead a team
• Proficient in reading and understanding requirement specifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Technical education as an engineer is advantageous
• Completed a project management course
• Proficiency in MS Project is a plus

The workplace will be our facilities in Middelfart and we aim to fill this position as soon as possible.
